Generally, there is no "cure" for depression, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to make yourself feel better. Unfortunately, some people try to cure their suffering with self-harm and eating disorders, but these actions will only cause you to spiral further into your depression. Do noble deeds and take hot baths instead, or anything along those lines. Healthy, positive actions that take your mind off of your depression can never hurt!
