Teens have a lot of pressure to achieve the "ideal body," but while that isn't always feasible, there are still plenty of healthy activities for teens who want to stay in shape. You shouldn't begin dieting too young, nor vigorously exercising and pushing your body past its limits. 1. Bike Rides
One of my favorite healthy activities for teens is bike riding. Since I live in sunny Southern California, my friends and I go on bike rides all year long! It's a great way to get fresh air, spend time with friends, and burn a few extra calories without hardly noticing!
